The Futures project is an internal project with NIS that aims to predict drivers of the future through the use of strategic foresight and the analysis of trends. This project entails extensive research into current events and long terms trends that culminates in a world-building experience. Throughout this experience I learned about strategic foresight, landscapre research, and how to effectively communciate complex and esotertic concepts in an understanable and even conversational manner. Additionally, this experience inspired me to take on leadership roles in NIS and further engage with the work that can be accomplished through NIS.
